At Standard Fits, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Not show signs of washing, damage, alteration, or excessive wear.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Standard Fits reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes (subject to stock availability)
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • A description of the issue

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Standard Fits cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns process.
